Ingredients
  

  • Shell pasta — as needed
  • 2-3 cheese slices
  • Milk — a splash
  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Red chilli flakes — to taste
  • Oregano — to taste
  • Magic masala Maggi tastemaker — to taste
  • Salt — to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil shell pasta until cooked. Keep aside.
  2. In a pan add cheese slices, schezwan sauce and tomato sauce. Mix on low flame.
  3. Add milk and stir until a smooth creamy sauce forms.
  4. Add red chilli flakes, oregano, magic masala and salt. Mix well and adjust to taste.
  5. Add boiled pasta and mix until every piece is coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Notes

Shell pasta is perfect for kids — sauce gets inside each shell.
Cook on low flame for the creamiest sauce.
