Sieve maida, sugar powder, milk powder and baking soda into a bowl.
Mix all dry ingredients well.
Add milk and honey. Mix into a smooth lump free batter.
Check consistency — batter should have ribbon consistency.
If batter is thick add 2 tbsp more milk and mix.
Heat pan on low to medium flame. Lightly brush with oil.
Pour one ladle of batter per pancake.
Cook on simmer for 2 minutes until few bubbles appear on surface.
Flip gently and cook 1 more minute until backside turns golden.
Sandwich chocolate spread between two pancakes.
Cut and serve hot!
