Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1.5 cups Broccoli
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 handful Almonds
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • chilli flakes optional
  • oregano optional
  • cheese optional

  • pan
  • mixie/ blender

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta and blanch broccoli
  2. Heat oil and butter, sauté onion and garlic
  3. Add broccoli and almonds, cook and grind
  4. Add milk and cook until creamy
  5. Add pasta and mix well
  6. Add seasoning and cook for 2–3 minutes

Notes

  • Cook the broccoli properly 
  • soak almonds optional 
  • Adjust milk for consistency
