2 cups boiled pasta

1½ cups broccoli

150–200 ml milk

10 garlic cloves

2 onions

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

Handful almonds

Salt & pepper

Chilli flakes, oregano (optional)

Instructions

Boil pasta and blanch broccoli

Heat oil and butter, sauté onion and garlic

Add broccoli and almonds, cook and grind

Add milk and cook until creamy

Add pasta and mix well

Add chilli flakes, oregano and cheese
