- Heat a pan and add a little ghee.
- Add chopped jackfruit and fry for some time.

- Add a little water, close and cook till jackfruit becomes really soft.

- Once cooked well add 1 cup powdered jaggery. Mix really well.

- It will become liquidy β don't worry! Keep stirring continuously.

- Slowly it will start thickening.
- Add a pinch of salt and little cardamom powder.
- Keep adding ghee little by little while stirring continuously.

- Once halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan it's ready!

- Serve hot β on banana leaf if possible! ππ€
