Chinna Thatha's jackfruit halwa β€” made every summer for almost 30 family members and served hot on banana leaves. Just 3 ingredients β€” sweet jackfruit, jaggery and ghee. Soft, glossy and melt in mouth. A recipe that tastes like summer vacations, village homes and the best days of childhood. Every summer I make this and feel like I am home again. 🍈🀍
