Method
- Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Sauté till fragrant.

- Add sliced onions. Cook till golden brown.

- Add green chillies and chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are soft.

- Add ginger garlic paste. Sauté till raw smell disappears.

- Add salt and biryani masala. Cook till masala is well roasted and oil separates.

- Add curd, mint leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well.

- Add soaked moong dal followed by soaked rice. Gently combine.

- Pour 3¼ to 3½ cups water. Close cooker and cook for 2-3 whistles.

- Allow pressure to release naturally.

- Fluff gently and serve hot with raita or curd!
