Method
- Grind fried gram in mixie to a fine powder.

- Grind sugar separately to a fine powder.

- Sieve both powders and add to a bowl.

- Add cardamom powder and mix well.

- Heat ghee and fry chopped cashews until golden.
- Add hot ghee and cashews to the powder mixture.

- Mix everything together really well.

- Shape into round laddus while mixture is still medium hot.

- Add little more warm ghee if needed to bind.

- Let cool completely and store in airtight container.
