- 2–3 green chillies

- ½ tsp jeera
- 1 onion (medium to large)
- ½ tsp soya sauce
- ½–1 tsp pepper powder
- Salt
- Cooked noodles
👨🍳 Procedure
Heat oil and fry garlic, peanuts, green chilli, coriander and jeer

Cool and grind into a coarse mixture (do not make paste)
In the same pan, sauté chopped garlic and onion

Add ground mixture and salt, fry well

Add salt and soya sauce and mix
Add cooked noodles and pepper powder

Mix everything well and cook for a minute
